All Box handlebars are engineered and crafted using our Oversized Technology. Handlebars have a dual purpose as they contribute to both steering and pedaling stiffness. By strategically varying wall thicknesses and tube diameters, we have moved material from 3 low-stress areas to zones of high load. This has greatly minimized twists and contributed to responsiveness. Concurrently we have increased pedaling stiffness by providing a backstop to the “lifting” phenomenon. There is no point pushing hard on your pedals if you can’t pull up on your handlebars and deliver that power. Power can easily be lost to handlebar deflection and the consequences can lead to poor power delivery and steering control. When combined with Box’s other Oversized components, you’ll experience heightened responsiveness and reduced latency. Key differences: This particular model handlebar is tailored for medium-sized racers so we decided to use hardened aluminum alloy to reduce unnecessary mass. FEATURES - Oversized™ Technology - Hardened Aluminum - To Reduce Unnecessary Mass for Medium-Sized Racers - Massive Clamp Interface for Steering Stiffness - Variable Wall Thickness to Reduce Weight
$79.99
All Box stems are engineered and crafted using our Oversized Technology. As we follow the load paths down the handlebars we have focused our attention on the stem-to-bar interface. Since the Oversized handlebars have an increased wall thickness and tube diameter in this sector we have reciprocated with an augmented stem interface with greater surface area. We’ve done this by moving material from low stress areas. This has greatly minimized twist and contributed to responsiveness. As the stem in mated with the handlebars we have contributed to increased pedaling stiffness by providing a backstop to the “lifting” phenomenon. There is no point pushing hard on your pedals if you can’t pull up on your handlebars and deliver that power. Power can easily be lost to handlebar-to-stem deflection and the consequences can be poor power delivery and steering control. When combined with Box’s other Oversized components, you’ll experience heightened responsiveness and reduced latency. Key differences: In this particular model stem we’ve tailored the Oversized strategy to favor utility and access. The geometry has been altered to allow for easy handlebar removal while at the same time scavenging material from low stress zones. Ideal for those who don’t want to compromise on user experience to gain performance. These stems are engineered for the larger-sized racers.

There is more to our carbon headsets than their striking good looks. From top to bottom, Box One™ Carbon Headsets was designed to perform. Each unit features a custom CNC-machined aluminum compression cap in the shape of the Box logo with cut-outs to reduce weight. At the center of the compression cap is an anodized aluminum bolt that threads into a gold anodized aluminum expander plug. This expander eliminates the need for a star nut and works with all 1-1/8-inch steerer tubes—even carbon fiber steerer tubes. The bearing cover is crafted from carbon fiber, which not only adds style but helps shave weight. At the heart of the headset are two super-smooth, titanium-nitride coated, sealed, 45×45 bearings. The titanium coating results in a low friction coefficient, increased corrosion resistance, and smoother rolling bearings. A split crown race makes installation and removal from forks super easy. FEATURES - Durable Titanium-Nitride Coated Sealed Bearings - Lightweight Non-Structural Carbon Components - Reusable Expander Wedge SPECIFICATIONS - Bearing Angle: 45° x 45° - Compression Cap: CNC-Machined - Bearing Cover: Carbon Fiber - Expansion Plug: Aluminum - Compression Cap: Aluminum - Finish: TiN Bearings - IS 42/28.6 - IS 42/28.6 - Weight 94 g / 3.3 oz

Italian bottom bracket shells are typically only found on Italian bikes these days. They measure 70mm wide and have a 35mm inner diameter. This package has the parts to install your 24/22mm crank into an Italian BB shell. This BB consist of bearings pressed into threaded cups, which are then threaded into the frame. Choose either CeramicSpeed Standard or Coated Bearings. Super-round, super smooth CeramicSpeed balls rotate in hardened-steel races in both. The Coated version has a metallic coating laid onto the races, making it even smoother and harder, resulting in longer life and lower drag. The Standard Bearings have only 0.3-0.4 watts of frictional drag per set, an average drag reduction of 75% compared to stock bottom brackets. This is the result of superior design including hardened-steel races, and ceramic balls that are 100% smoother and 15% harder than the ceramic competition. They also last 3x longer. Coated Bearings last even longer and feature even lower drag. Life is boosted by 60% and drag plummets by 50% compared to our Standard. All Round Grease is used in the bearings. It can be replaced for lower drag TT and Track Grease, or higher durability LongLife Grease, which adds a bit of drag but stays in the bearing when riding through messy conditions. In The Box: - 2 threaded cups with bearings installed - 2 dust covers - 1mm spacer - 0.5mm spacer - GXP wave washer - Spacer tube - 10ml syringe of CeramicSpeed All Round Grease - Sticker sheet

The Format is our first single clamp grip for those who like to make use of the full width of their bars, allowing you to run your hands right up to the edge. We had found some single clamp grips suffer from additional twisting, which is why we designed the sleeve to snugly fit the bars towards the ends. After examining wear patterns of grips that have been through the ringer, we implemented several different patterns and zones into the format to deal with the different dynamics going on in each part of your hand.
