Topeak's Cable and Housing Cutter can handle any type of bicycle cable housing. The high-quality, spring-loaded, hardened steel cutter has both a built-in ferrule crimper and a housing reformer. When it's not in use, a wire latch holds the handles together to keep the jaws sharp.
