With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritized (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or dispatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Prelaunch

With Prelaunch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Preorders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address for the item you are interested in, and we will email you as soon as stock arrives in the system.

Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indicative purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

The dates we provide are based on information given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavor to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

Hassle free returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

With the most advanced XC suspension and geometry, and rowdy-ready spec, the World Cup winning Scalpel redefines cross-country speed. It is built on a frame made of Cannondale's advanced lightweight carbon construction. A SRAM GX Eagle T-Type wireless electronic 1x12-speed drivetrain, premium RockShox SID Select+ suspension both front and rear, and Cannondale's light and fast HollowGram XC-S 27 carbon wheelset round out the build.

FlexPivot stays are key to Scalpel’s incredible suspension performance and low weight. These patented carbon sections act as virtual Horst link pivots, creating a true four-bar link suspension that allows engineers to precisely tailor how the suspension responds to pedaling, braking, and bump forces. With Proportional Response, kinematics are customized by size to deliver the absolute best traction, braking, and pedaling performance.

The geometry features a 66.6º head tube angle for confidence at speed, while a 75.5º seat tube angle and longer reach keep the rider in the perfect position for power and traction on the climbs. The 6.1cm (2.4-inch) tires are higher in volume than conventionally narrower XC tires, meaning more traction and control.
